Jeremy Haun

Could it be? Is Shots in the Dark STILL posting content they recorded at Wizard World Chicago 2007? Yes! And this week, we’ve got an intimate interview with comic book artist and writer, Jeremy Haun. You may know him from his recent work on Marvel Civil War: Casualties of War, or Battle Hymn, his co-creation with B. Clay Moore. Tune in and hear how Jeremy made his way from indie to mainstream and why he wrote Narcoleptic Sunday, but didn’t draw it himself. What are you waiting for? Download it now!

The New Banner

Thursday, August 9th, 2007

No, we’re not having a sexual encounter with Harry Potter (though I’m sure Janelle…and MAYBE Vince wouldn’t mind). We’re gonna be rocking Wizard World Chicago starting in, oh, about 2 hours! Boo-yizzle! Look TONIGHT for the premier of our all-new all-different feature that we’ve been promising for about 2 months, THE POCKETCAST! We’ve got so DAMN much content coming to you this weekend, it can’t be contained in a simple show, so we’ll be putting it out in bite-sized bits. Look for Panel coverage here and from us and our other Best Shots and Newsarama friends at the Newsarama site, and look forward to interviews with creators, cosplayers, and editors, oh my! So if you want the best Wizard World coverage around, join Newsarama, Shotgun Reviews, and Shots in the Dark for a killer weekend!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, it’s the 28th, not the 16th. This one was my bad, folks. Computer issues not withstanding, there’s little to no excuse for getting a show to you two weeks after it was recorded. Luckily, it’s a kick-ass episode, filled with bits about Green Arrow, Sopranos, and Vince’s Wii. So sit back, relax, play some Wii Sports, and listen to us ramble on about everything geeky!

So listen in and enjoy the show!
